@virginmedia honesly, what a joke. Chose them for my Broadband and they send me a router which I am unable to just plug into a phone line, it has to be a specific virgin media socket. Called them and was on hold for over 30 mins and then they just cut me off?! Wtf.

@virginmedia I have been on the phone for two hours and I still haven't got an engineer scheduled. They're expecting me to wait until next Monday for an appointment which means I will be waiting two weeks from the date I phoned. I asked to speak to a manager but no one is available

@DrTomFrieden Isn't it funny how masks affect people's immune system? Cover your nose and mouth and become less exposed to any other bacteria etc before Covid. Surely that lowers the immune system. I know people that have had all vaccines and been worse off that people like me with none.
