@varshadr1234 As ppl said, it depends on the precise industry, but in general projects are better than certifications. Don't just take the online course. Build your own unique project from what you learned. Fill your portfolio with examples of what employers can expect from you.
@ratishtwts I try to identify why I'm putting it off and then think of a time I did the task or similar task. Usually I'm anxious about the experience, but if I remember that it wasn't so bad before, I can put myself at ease long enough to get started. Once started, it's much easier.
