@MadameTussauds Booked for a tour on 18/5/18 @ 16:30 and found the venue closing up for the day when I turned up. Staff were just as confused as I was and there was a bigger group booked for 16:45 with same issue. PayPal complaint raised to get my refund as staff couldn’t do much

Messed around by @DPD_UK today. First told driver unable to deliver to collection point, then driver ignores new request to deliver to neighbour and notifies as a missed delivery. Next request to collect from depot at 5pm same day, now been told it’s not happening. Great.

My front door has a note saying leave parcels with a neighbour, yet @myhermes driver decides to throw parcel over a SEVEN FOOT high gate!!
