@bechtold_mel@LadyGriz@theblackvault@RealCandaceO@FBI@FBI_Response Why do people have such a hard time understanding the pendulum swings both ways? What you allow to happen to your enemy can be used against you. It's that simple. We need to get that through our thick skulls.
@SarahisCensored There were at least 7 legal errors that directly contradict texas case law. If the appellate court in on the up & up, the appeal will be granted.
@LynnL26139@IronWill2023@LxxLatin Rule 6: The law says the judge has no discretion to block criminally negligent homicide.
Rule 7: The law says you cannot dismis black educators and allowed white educators.
@LynnL26139@IronWill2023@LxxLatin Rule 3: The law says presence without breaking the law is not provocation.
Rule 4: The law says presence of a weapon is not proof of murderous intent.
Rule 5: The law says a massive physical disparity justifies higher force level.
@conservfam7 Texas case law continued:
6. A judge is legally required to give the jury instructions on lesser charges i.e. criminally negligent homicide
7. Batson violation - you can't strike 3 black jurors because they are educators, while allowing 1 white educator on the jury.
@conservfam7 TX case law continued:
4. The judge is required to provide the jury with mandatory "right to arm oneself instruction. A weapon doesn't negate self defense argument.
5. An unarmed attack constitutes a deadly threat if there is a massive physical disparity.
@TheEddie757@ANTHONYBLOGAN@itzRex Look up Texas law on lay witnesses. Texas appellate courts strictly rule that a lay witness cannot cross the line into speculation, expert-level evaluation, or telling the jury how to decide the case.
@TheEddie757@ANTHONYBLOGAN@itzRex That is precisely what I mean by saying they bent and stretched and distorted the law to get the outcome they wanted.
@Skidwell66 I remember people having this energy when they wanted the NBA to take the Clippers from Don Sterling because he said something racist. That energy changed when they took from Kanye, Nick Cannon, Kyrie and more. The pendulum swing works for you until it doesn't.
@Skidwell66 If the facts of a case clearly fit the crime, the law doesn't need to be stretched. Bending it in any way sets a trap for everyone else. When we look past a legal distortion because we agree with the outcome, we establish a dangerous playbook. Have a good day 😊.

@Skidwell66 According to Texas law it justifies fear. We dont have a courtroom explanation on how fear triggers unpredictable, irrational, split-second survival instincts, because the judge wouldn't allow expert testimony.
@TheEddie757@ANTHONYBLOGAN@itzRex Texas law judges from the defendant's view. Texas court case laws firmly establish a warning isn't provocation. Because testimony placed Austin, Hunter and others in front of or surrounding Anthony, it constitutes a deadly threat according to Texas law. The law was distorted.
