@British_Airways my husband & I had to rebook a flight yesterday to London due to air traffic issue. Website said there was an error when booked and to try again. Did this only to find out we’re now double booked. Trying to call to cancel one of the bookings but can’t get through
@O2 following up with this as still not resolved. Can someone help me without us having to hold for 45mins? We’ve wasted hours trying to get things done and are still chasing
@O2 we just moved our 2 mobile lines to you and it’s been a nightmare. Multiple times your customer services representatives say they’ll do something & it doesn’t happen. Everytime we chase it’s hours of waiting time. Is there any way you can help us speak to someone quicker?
@AskeBay Hi Jake, I don’t really follow your response but my understanding is telephone numbers are no long available to sellers due to a change in policy. Is this correct? Also, what is your suggestion to use for contact details when shipping an item tracked? Many thanks
@AskeBay the last few items I’ve sold, no longer show the buyers telephone number. When sending tracked, a contact number or email is required to let the buyer know parcel is on the way, missed a delivery, etc. How come this is now missing from the delivery info? Many thanks

@NETAPORTER hi, I recently made a couple of orders & paid extra for nominated day delivery as wanted items before I travel. They haven’t been dispatched yet. I understand it’s a busy time but you shouldn’t offer the service & have customers pay for it if it can’t be upheld ☹️
