@amazon @amazonIN @AmazonHelp @AmazonHelp @amazonIN For the refund timeline, I can see 5 days for UPI and maximum 10 days for NEFT transactions for postpaid orders. But as the payment has been done using UPI, it should not take more than 5 days.

It took 10 days just to pick up my return and then another 13 days for the refund to arrive. That’s 23 days for a simple return! Please identify the delay, hold the responsible party accountable, and ensure this isn’t repeated. Customers deserve efficiency!

Your branch executives are saying that HUF account holders can only receive money from UPI but are not allowed to send the money or receive a UPI mandate for IPOs for HUF account. But when I search online, this is not the case. Means your executives are not helping me.
