@HausenKS There seems to be this weird misconception that bigger is better? That stadium is 10 x more beautiful and a better match going experience than most in the US.
@WafflesInfo@Jake_Mez@wsavage_dcfc Yeah, you go to games. Exactly my point, you know what it actually means to be a fan. Not like the tournament bandwagon dickheads who just want to chuck beer around and have an excuse to act like a knob.
@WafflesInfo@Jake_Mez@wsavage_dcfc Erm, people that don’t go to games aren’t England fans mate, that should be obvious.just bandwagon dickheads, nobody cares what they think. Don’t get to call yourself a fan unless you actually make an effort to follow your team, come on.
@WafflesInfo@Jake_Mez@wsavage_dcfc I’ve followed England all over the world for years, traveled with the most hardcore England fans constantly. Trust me, we are absolutely taking the piss.
@WafflesInfo@Jake_Mez@wsavage_dcfc Not sure how you don’t believe it? Do you not go to England games? Talk to anyone at the games, it’s pretty obvious mate.
@RegulusMuthias@guapisimaxo Do you ever wonder about why for the rest of the world this WC has less hype than any of the previous in our lifetime? Sadly, American culture and corporate greed has ruined it already, and it hasn’t started yet!
@jtboyd_3@afcredraider@foolishlycool78@JacobsBen But sports culture is the countries culture these days? You can see why other countries tries are shocked by commercialism we see of American sports on TV etc
@jtboyd_3@afcredraider@foolishlycool78@JacobsBen Yeah, they get away with it because of the US culture though. They don’t elsewhere. For example, the crazy ticket prices only work there because side Americans are used to dynamic pricing, and don’t think it’s weird to make as much money as you can. Ticket prizes are crazy.
