@ChoiceHotels I made a non-refundable reservation for tonight at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Pittsburgh-Northshore in Pittsburgh, PA. Due to a mechanical failure in my car - I am not able to make it.

Customer Relations and Reservations also his behind policy while thanking me for being loyal for 20-plus years to Choice Hotels.

The General Manager has the discretion to help a 20-plus yeat customer of Choice Hotels. Instead of returning my phone call, the General Manager refused to speak with me by hiding behind their staff. The General Manager choose to enforce policy & would not modify the reservation.

So I first posted my GoFundMe on X, formerly known as Twitter, to be bombarded with people telling me to get an expert to redo everything so people will donate.

Why do I need an expert to tell about my experience and why I need the help?

Last month, I started a GoFundMe to help cover expenses Insurance would not cover from a house fire. Insurance would not cover the expenses because their contractors exceeded the Renter’s Insurance Policy limits.
