@QuenchWines I think the point here is that we have many municipalities benefitting from the taxation of just one municipality. If they want to use property taxes to pay for busses, that's awesome, but all of the CRD should be supporting it.

I just had a cyclist screaming in my face that he was allowed to ride on the sidewalk because there was no bike lane. He also said the police told him that was okay ...??
