Water chestnut cake recipe:
1:2 马蹄粉: water, mixed w/ sieve
0.5:1 sugar sticks to water, water same as above, over heat till dissolved
Dice chestnut, pour in w/flour
Mix on medium till vaguely thick (clumpy?)
Steam for 30 minutes
