Hello, Glory. Apologies for your experience. December comes with increased cases of short landed baggage. The airline owes you a First Need compensation of 170 dollars while they search for, and reconcile you with your bag.

Hi @flyethiopian I dare say you treat your Nigerian passengers with disrespect and contempt. It’s been one week since you left behind your Lagos bound passenger’s luggage in Addis and you have since refused to send it to their final destination.

Mind you, you offered no proper apologies or compensation. You simply stated you will make effort to get the delayed luggage to Lagos. However the customer is not Lagos based and had to continue on their journey. The luggage contained perishables which have long gone bad

The nonchalance at your Calabar-Marian office is totally nauseating and needs to be checked. Customers shouldn’t wait 1.5 -4 hours to pick up parcels, or deal with rude, careless or unserious staff who zero empathy. Rating of experience 0.05 star!
