How bout the fact that the Remington Core-Lokt alleged to have been the bullet used is a soft point bullet designed to compress onto itself, and the fragments found in Charlie Kirk were more consistent with the fragmentation of hollow point bullets?

It would literally defy both the bullet design and physics to try and argue that a soft tip bullet could fragment EXACTLY as a hollow point bullet is designed to do and does.

-She defended the Tate Brothers primarily because allegations are nothing more than allegations without a conviction and evidence isn't considered reliable evidence until properly undergoing cross exammination where it is challenged.

-She didn't defend Harvey Weinstein, she said he was wrongfully convicted because his trial was based on the accusations made by Miriam Haley who continued to contact Harvey through emails for favors and pitch professional projects, and even met with him to have consensual sex 2 weeks after he allegedly raped her. And they tacked on allegations by 3 other people to give those 3 credibility. The first conviction was overturned because the had people to testify about inadmissible things solely to give each others credibility when evidence was lacking. In 2025 at the retrial, he was found guilty on one count, not guilty on another, and mistrials declared due to jury deadlock on the others. In 2026 the previous mmistrials again went to trial and one again resulted in a mistrial and the other was dismissed, literally like 2 weeks ago.

So the idea he was wrongfully convicted in 2020 based on how they combined everything is kinda supported by the results where 4 of the convictions he was NOT convicted on when retried.

-LOL and she never once said Erika is guilty of Charlies actual death. She has said that Erika and everyone at the top at TPUSA attacking anyone who doesnt believe the story told and dare to ask questions and point out contradictions, are pushing the narrative because they do not care what really may have happened, and they want everyone to accept Tyler did it and move on, and that would make them complicite in a coverup. Which is definitionally true.

And it is 2 countries. UK and Romania. The charges in Romania are still pending.. after 3 years.. becuase that is totally normal for a case with so much evidence of guilt. And the UK charges came AFTER the brothers filed a civil suit against the accusers who had previously tried to have charges filed against them and failed, which is set for trial in 2027.

FIrst you wanna commment about this being a preliminary hearing the standard of proof being blah blah... so then you should know that pointing to the prelim hearing as proof of guilt would be dumb since it wasnt trying to prove guilt... but now youre trying to argue that "there is zero evidence pointing to another suspect..."

So because no evidence was presented arguing a different suspect at a preliminary hearing means that the evidence presented should be considered proof that he did?
