I personally curated the tracklist within the given limitations, carefully structuring each disc to convey a specific narrative and intent. It’s nothing grand, but I’ve also included my own commentary on the production process. I hope you all enjoy it! 🎧

sony even made Concord ($400M budget, only lasted 14 days)
Warner Bros lost $200M on Suicide Squad, and projects like Dustborn had low records
the data is entirely one-sided now. shifting your entire design philosophy to satisfy a crowd that only tweets and never buys games is the fastest way to bankrupt a studio
Overwatch went hard trying to appease you niggas for years and got no money out of it.
Then Marvel Rivals dropped, got half a million concurrent players at launch, and Blizzard realized they had to make a decision.
It’s a trailer edited from a famous scene, but it was difficult to lower the camera angle any further. For the rest, we’re counting on you, players💕

the contrast between how people reacted to Claire versus Aloy proves it was never about the micro-details
it’s about the design philosophy. if the char looks great, realistic details just make them look better
the 'peach fuzz gate' only breathes because certain Western studios seem terrified of making their female leads look conventionally attractive anymore
It seems like another peach fuzz gate is brewing, so I'll chime in
Gamers have no problem with peach fuzz on women, as long as the woman is beautiful
Pretty simple concept
Peach fuzz on Clarie Redfield from Resident Evil Veronica is perfectly fine
But not on Aloy from Horizon
@Ra2byou i'm an Asian born in the US, tell that guy to leave us out of his weird confirmation bias
we aren't a monolith, and plenty of us don't agree with his take at all
@StainedDaki i mean she sounds like an adult because she IS an adult
her mature voice isn't a mistake, it completely matches the chars age range. i think ppl are just so fixated on a soft face shape that they're imagining a conflict that doesn't exist
@Superducked@RumbusRacoon@MinEffortLive you're right, i misread their wording and thought they were directing it at OP and not the other way around
but yeah I agree 100%
@eXtas1stv if you guys really want this you NEED to make your voices known and tag @asha_shar as well
she seems open to bringing back gamer focused elements back to xbox so make your voices heard
@NoWokesThanks@GameCharacterAI that was likely due to Sony, but Shift Up is self-publishing now... the platform restrictions are gone
i think punishing the studio when they finally have the leash off now is a bad take
@RumbusRacoon@MinEffortLive wait saying someone's age is irrelevant to whether they are a child is a real logical contradiction though
age is the exact metric that defines a child. you can't just throw out textbook phrases to rewrite the literal dictionary definition of an adult
I had a chance to briefly chat with Shift Up CEO Kim Hyung Tae about Stellar Blade: Blood Rain.
Over the past few days there’s been a lot of talk about Evie and her age. From our conversation, I could tell she is around the 23-25 year old age range. 😊 So yes, she IS an adult.
completely ignoring kim's explanation that her size is a deliberate choice to make the gauntlet and martial arts combat pop visually
and also Eve's narrative in SB1 had zero sexual undertones, the plot was a serious post-apocalyptic drama
the only fanservice is if the player actively chose to dress her up in optional unlockable outfits
The sexual undertones in the first game were quite blatant but since the protagonist resembled a grown woman I thought it was ok. But let's me honest, making the new character even younger for the sake of it is a little creepy ngl.
@Critical_Scribe treating Shift Up like a political mascot, only to turn on them the second the devs exercised actual creative freedom lol
these guys don't actually want studios to stand up for creative independence, they just want a customized doll that checks off their specific boxes
