It’s been almost 4 weeks of back-and-forth with @IndiGo6E, despite assurances, documents submitted, and a flight rescheduled in good faith. Still no resolution. The lack of empathy and consistency in handling such a sensitive matter is truly disheartening. #IndiGoDisappointment

IndiGo assured me they'd waive my date change fee due to a family bereavement. I rescheduled in good faith, shared all documents—now they’ve reversed their position. Deeply disappointed with the insensitivity and inconsistency. #IndiGo6E #CustomerServiceFail

@makemytrip @Paradox_Phuket Please help. I booked a stay from 7th to 11th May with Paradox through MMT. But unfortunately, my partner's grandmother passed away yesterday. Due to the tragic circumstances, we need to reschedule the trip. Kindly shift it to 23rd - 27th May.

@SwiggyCares I got the same reply from CS. What about the DP not following my instruction to leave it on the door? I would really appreciate reduction in the cancellation charge. Am paying 869 for a 665 cake that my bro didn’t even taste. You are ready to let go of a custom coz of this?

@SwiggyCares Need help with an order placed for my bro’s 30th. Coz of an emergency, we couldn’t respond to the door or call but had the instruction to leave the cake on the door. DP took the cake, cancelled the order, never took it back to the shop. I was charged ₹869. ☹️.

@makemytrip Give me my INR 60k back. I specifically opted for a flexi option. Paid a higher price and then changed my flight date. However, MMT failed to issue me a new ticket nor has it refunded me. Went severely out of pocket for their incompetence. Unacceptable. #BoycottMMT
