@united @united how long should it take to recognize such a significant milestone? I crossed Platinum over 2 mos ago and 1K nearly 3 wks ago. Haven't heard from you. When I flew @Delta they ack'd the loyalty within a week. Weekly biz travelers are your bread & butter. Show us the love!
