As I'm sure we've all seen, today is International Women's Day!
What you won't have been able to see though is the talent, experience, knowledge and dedication behind the scenes here at TAF from the wonderful women that lead, mould and enhance this charity every day!

- Have a 'Customer Review Day' a few times per year, focusing purely on getting in those reviews from customers, clients and friends and making reviews a regular and organised part of your business! This can be a gamechanger. Give it a go.
Do you have a plan in place for getting in those all important reviews?
Do you have customer review days, even?!
In 2022, most people know why customer reviews can be vital to a business, and the impact is difficult to overestimate.
- As soon as that 'thank you!' email arrives, that's your invite to ask for them to share a quick review.
They've taken the time to privately thank you, so are likely to be interested in publicly doing so too!
What’s the best question a child has asked you about your disability?
How do you feel about children asking you questions?

Are you a designer or passionate about accessible fashion? We created a stencil with seated body types to encourage the inclusion of disabled people within the design process!
Although we should add, no one should need to work beyond what they are paid for and employers should and must encourage employees to rest and live their lives!
(And good luck to the 8.4% working on their second jobs! Let us know if you need anything).
Around 45% of time saved by WFH and not commuting is used by employees to work (!) and around 32% is used for leisure.
Better for you, better for your boss.
Which is...strange. As we've been continually told pre-Covid that WFH as an adjustment was simply impossible 👀
