@dan_vanman @MatchsticksCGY He had an up and down draft year, which hurt his stock. Most of what I've read about him from scouts and whatnot is that he has good hockey sense and a great shot. He's still a promising player and I think they're betting on him bouncing back to form this season.

@BahlKnower @JackWhitty99 I'd even say Klapka has 3rd line potential. The tools are there (speed, good hands, physical), he just needs a real opportunity and runway to put it all together.
