A Heartbreaking Reality in Kapkures, Narok South😭⚰️

Today, the community of Kapkures village in Narok South laid to rest a young daughter of the soil. She was buried in a painfully simple coffin made but off-cuts not by choice, but because her family has nothing.

They couldn’t even organize a small mchanga (harambee)to support the burial. The reason? They lacked even the basic resources to buy milk and sugar for the neighbors who would have come to mourn with them.

This is the quiet, crushing reality so many families continue to face in silence.

May her innocent soul rest in perfect peace, and may God’s comfort surround this grieving, overburdened family. 🕊️💔
