@TheLaurenChen People who make decisions and have money like Kevin does, do cost benefit analysis and they run into issues they jack the price up over fuel costs or supply chain issues to recoup lost revenue, then keep it after the issues subsides rinse repeat, not including inflation talk.

@DmitryIvashkev2@bennyjohnson Plus if the relief is needed now, ICE doesn't have the proper training to perform the duties or to read the equipment or calibrate them. Yes they overlap in some areas, it would take roughly 2 months to train an individual ICE agent to do the same job
@DmitryIvashkev2@bennyjohnson Laws and federal mandates, require that TSA checkpoints are secure typically TSA agents are posted at doors and exits so that people cannot enter, or re-enter the airport beyond the checkpoint. Having another agency do that, allows more TSA agents on the actual line.
