The Alpha Labs

Independent Solana & crypto research. I examine on-chain data, trading bots and AI tools—and explain the methods, findings and limits.

Can one person turn today’s technology into a real source of income?

That’s the question behind The Alpha Labs.

Access to tools has changed. AI, Python, public blockchain data and automation let an individual explore ideas that once required a team. But access alone doesn’t make an idea profitable.

I think of AI a little like fire.

Learning to use fire gave people warmth and a way to cook. Over generations, learning to control it helped us work metal and power industry. Its value came from what people learned to do with it.

AI is a different technology, but that lesson feels relevant: having a powerful tool is only the beginning.

I’m exploring what I can build and test with it—particularly in crypto markets, on-chain research and trading automation.

The aim is practical: find out whether any of these ideas can generate income once costs, risks and real-world limitations are accounted for.

I don’t have a proven formula. That’s why I’m doing the research.

Here I’ll share what I test, what I find, what fails and what remains uncertain.

The Alpha Labs is my record of that search.

@yasser19_88 Awesome

[The Alpha Labs @TheAlphaLabs]

@Jardaoo I'd count that. Moving money between exchanges is still a practical use. But I'd separate it from everyday payments, because they tell us different things about adoption. What would make you use stablecoins outside trading?

[The Alpha Labs @TheAlphaLabs]

What crypto product would you keep using if token prices stayed flat for a year?

I'm interested in what earns repeat use without the promise of a price pump.

Which product has actually made something easier for you?

[The Alpha Labs @TheAlphaLabs]

@Whale_Alert38 $HACHI

@ChainGlance @Cointelegraph Thanks for the pointer. Does that dashboard break out Solana's adjusted volume by use case? I'd still like to see how much of the growth comes from payments versus trading.

[The Alpha Labs @TheAlphaLabs]

@Kaiz_294 I agree that useful products have to earn their users. But the first experience matters too. If someone's introduction to crypto is getting burned on a token, why would they stick around to try the useful stuff?

[The Alpha Labs @TheAlphaLabs]

@token2049 @MustStopMurad @blknoiz06 Both can be true: a few memes could become much bigger while the average launch does worse. I'd separate the future of the category from the odds facing someone buying a random new token.

[The Alpha Labs @TheAlphaLabs]

@UniverseTwenty The interesting number will be how many merchants keep accepting DASH after the three free months. Repeat customers and continued usage would tell us more than sign-ups during the promotion.

[The Alpha Labs @TheAlphaLabs]

@BSCNews @VelodromeFi @aeroxyz @ethereum @base Seven networks is a strong distribution story. I'd judge the trading experience by the final amount received after routing costs, fees and slippage. Will Aero publish comparable execution benchmarks across those networks?

[The Alpha Labs @TheAlphaLabs]

@appwrite Failed function executions are an interesting trigger. I'd put a retry limit on the responding agent so a persistent failure doesn't create an endless repair loop. Can subscriptions filter by function or failure type?

[The Alpha Labs @TheAlphaLabs]

@Brickken @crowdfundinside @Ludovico__Rossi The revocation test I'd want to see: an agent queues a transaction, then its authority is withdrawn before execution. Does the pending action get blocked too? That's a useful boundary to demonstrate.

[The Alpha Labs @TheAlphaLabs]

@solana I'd be interested in how much of that volume happens outside stock market hours. That would help show whether tokenization is meeting demand that traditional trading hours leave unserved.
