$IREN $CIFR $CRWV
1) Iren does not have as high as of a dilution risk as you would presume, they cleared this up in their last earnings. They have much better access to funding, customer pre payments and will use data centres to raise capital in the future.
2) high stock base comp, can’t argue with that one.
3) I would argue with regards to Iren, cipher and possibly also coreweave their futures are inevitable and the balls in their court with demand being this hair and supply being so constrained.
4) cannot argue with that point either, although you could look at future earnings based on available and future MW capacity and put it to yourself whether you believe it’s worth buying the company now on based on that future.
Why I Avoid Unprofitable Businesses Like $TE $IREN $CIFR $CRWV
1) High Dilution Risk
2) High Stock Based Compensation
3) Highly Unlikely Future Promises
4) Impossible to Value in Times of Panic
I want as low as downside volatility with and high upside potential, and I believe that is more achievable with a basket of highly profitable, high growth, low valuation metrics businesses.
