Under Putin, Russia lost all the Caucasus region countries and 90% of former Soviet Union member States as friends of Russia. The US raised Maduro’s(president of Venezuela) reward to $50 million. Maduro is a big supporter of Russia and supports Putin’s war in Ukraine. However Putin is utterly quiet with NO Russian statement condemning the US for putting money on the head of Maduro, the president of Venezuela. Russia under Putin is not a reliable partner.
