@kranstin I think for me, it was finding that support system and being more intentional with relationships and friendships. Finding new interests and hobbies (board gaming) that I could dive into. It's just a day at a time, and knowing it's okay to grieve and be sad and that's healthy.

@kranstin Very sorry for your loss—it sucks. 2019 was one of those years for us. When Mom passed away out of nowhere, it was a hit, then a few months later Keish got diagnosed with cancer, it felt like a tailspin. But she was able to recover, and good things did (and do) still happen.
