To make some unique and tasty laser layers, use any morphing plugin to blend ultra tonal source [I used some weird granular chirping from Phaseplant] with real world impulses like gunshots, explosions, kicks/impacts, then destructively process it into submission... #GameAudio

I just went back to SCAD to talk students in game audio and noticed that a few folks had this disconnect between sound design and implementation—that they are completely separate things and designing sound is the fun part and putting it in game is this rote tedious 2nd step (1/4)
Today is the day! @wickedgame is going into Early Access. My team at @FormosaInteract has poured a lot of hard #GameAudio work and soul into this game and I can't wait for all of you to experience it. Thanks @moongamestudios for taking us along on this journey

Last year went so well, we're going for 2 days this year - 7th & 8th June.
Tickets are as cheap as we can make them £22 per day, or £40 for both days.
