@USAA It doesn't seem that way.
You expect me, my wife, our infant child, Mother-in-law and two dogs to live for weeks at a time in 12 x 10 ft room and a bathroom.
Kitchen access only in the early AM and evenings. No laundry.
This would be hilarious if not costing me 1k/week. -> DM

BUT according to USAA INSURANCE - our housing is fine as long as we have heat and a toilet. 👌

@HRBlock Okay! Spent 2 hours on the line here. Finally connected to someone who was not a tax professional and after 30 more minutes of HOLD passed me to a Pro. The Pro couldn't resolve the issue and in < a minute to xfer me to a line that said "we're too busy to take your call. Goodbye."

I waited patiently and got thru to someone after waiting this long, and it disconnected right as they were getting back on the line. PLEASE!!!! CALL ME BACK
@HRBlock Thanks for giving me a new queue to jump in. My complaint was that I already patiently waited 5 hours and then you hung up on me once finally picking up.
