@ArgosHelpers I ordered a kindle and it was due to arrive on 23 December, but nothing has arrived. I cant get through on live chat and my account just says it's due to arrive on 23 Dec. I'm in Hong Kong so calling isn't an option. Is there a way to privately message?
@qrsupport@qatarairways . I suppose one way to handle customer complaints is to just ignore them and not provide any other means of contacting you, that must be why you win awards because no one can officially tell you how awful your customer service is.
