It’s been termed the ‘Great Resignation’. It seems that a wave of people have left their jobs to either move on to something new, or for more of peace of mind.

A recruiter dropped this term today. She said labor market is as wild + expensive as its ever been mostly because 10% of the Tier 1 workforce has quasi-retired in the last 18 months.
