@MKHospital I was right about a clot. @JoeHMK if the staff Sunday night treated me as a patient and not problem, I would have known sooner. Do you not think this put me at risk? I certainly do! No words. Utterly appalling. I think this puts lives at risk unnecessarily!
Back at @MKHospital. @JoeHMK let’s hope for a better experience. Not great so far. You ignore these things, which speaks volumes! Things need to change here and fast. Treat people with respect and as patients, not problems. It really is that simple! So much judgement here. Poor!
@MKHospital@JoeHMK I thought @SCAS999 was poor, you’ve topped it! Struggling to understand if I was a patient or a problem. Irony is that, you enforce a zero tolerance policy (btw I fully agree with) but isn’t this a 2-way street? Disgraceful! Let me know how I can escalate.
@SCAS999 2/2 Interested to know whether you deem non-conveyance to hospital acceptable bc “it’s an ambulance off the road for an hour, can you make your own way there - important you go bc we’re concerned” is a safe and recognised practice? I think it’s unsafe and a disgrace.
@SCAS999 1/2 As someone with a history of blood clots, confident I am now suffering again (having just got off a plane) but this time with chest pain. After calling 111, an ambulance was sent (despite offering to make my own way to hospital, I was told “absolutely not”).
Penelope Clark - born 06.01.22. @MKHospital and @JoeHMK the labour ward was AMAZING and in particular, Deanna, who was phenomenal and gave my wife so much comfort. A prime example of pride and passion within the job. Thank you.
@premierinn is your CleanProtect promise just words? It would appear so. My pregnant wife’s bathroom is lovely ONLY because SHE HAD TO CLEAN on arrival. Reception said “little things are getting missed now as everyone is so tired”. This should NEVER be missed. Unacceptable.
