Why wasn't Brock DQ'd for leaving the cage?

If bc the match hadn't "started" if Brock knock Roman out on the floor does that mean it never starts?

Anyone else remember customer service? Been having trouble with @Xfinity can not get help. Chat bot can't help got connected to an agent and "they" never said anything. I miss the days or a #800 you could call. AI isn't the answer
