The Centre's Executive Director @waynemlburns has outlined his five predictions for 2021 - based on conversations with Heads of Function globally, our work with Member companies, and our own analysis. Here are the five trends that will loom large this year:
4) Crisis planning to the fore - 2021 will be the year corporate public affairs functions will continue to be part of managing COVID-19 and its related crises in organisations, and at the same time doing the hard lifting of pulling together and testing plans for other big crises.
