BIG LEGAL WIN—Today Bradford County & the Bradford County Fair Association APPROVED a settlement in our 2nd Amendment case, Chris Rose v. Bradford County Fair Association, where our firm represented a citizen challenging the illegal BAN on the open carry of firearms at county fairgrounds. The settlement obligates the County Fair Association to permit the open carry of firearms at the County Fairgrounds to the fullest extent under Florida law, including but not limited to the legal principles recognized in McDaniels v. State and GOA v. Del Toro. ✔️
Defendants also have agreed to pay our attorneys' fees and costs ✔️
The settlement confirms that public statutory entities like fair associations have NO authority to ban Open Carry in Florida 🇺🇸
The amount of work these lying bad faith actors are putting in to try and sabotage Jay Collins, who they allege has no chance of winning, is breathtaking.
Funny how this comes the day Byron gets a lawsuit for harassing a woman.
Anyways enjoy this video:
@dittohead4life If they went through this for UKRAINIANS....what did they get in return? The corruption is CrAzY!
No one took the time to make a bill for FLORIDIANS FIRST! 🤔
Renner is not what he claims to be. He's a weak politician that will take a knee when under pressure. Nice guy, beautiful family, laudable military record, but as a politician, he failed to stand up to defend rights of law abiding Florida citizens. Not at all acceptable. The retail theft issue is just one more sign that he's weak. I went into Walmart to pick up a can of shaving cream, only to find out that it was locked up in a display case. Couldn't find anyone with a key. This will be the result of what Renner and Donalds want to do with the retail theft limits. Law abiding people will be inconvenienced. So much for Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
@dittohead4life I want a guy with a warrior mentality and both a strategic and tactical planning gift.
I see this in JAY COLLINS.
I am voting accordingly.
No other candidate comes close.
I have lived in Florida since 1980. To me, this has been the worst and ugliest Florida governor’s race ever.
Why I am not voting Donalds:
1. I don’t want an AI data center in my backyard and I don’t want it in your backyard Florida.
2. I don’t want Florida to become the second Silicon Valley.
3. I don’t want Florida students to be forced to use AI and their teachers to have to use AI and I don’t want every single Florida student to have to have an IEP.
4. I don’t want my power bill to go up.
5. I don’t like the fake presentation of him and his wife. She is not an education expert. She is a business owner looking forward to utilizing the school choice taxpayer money to profit. There are numerous videos of him, angry, loud, and obnoxious towards people. They both are out of touch with the rest of us.
6. There haven’t been investigations into the charter school issues with tax dollars and there haven’t been investigations into the money laundering. Without those investigations, it makes it look like they’re covering something up.
7. There’s absolutely no evidence of anything he has accomplished in his time in government for his constituents m. There’s proof that he misses a large amount of votes though.
8. I don’t want a governor with an agenda filled with payback for campaign donors. I’ve seen the list of who’s donated, and I know that Florida constituents will not be a priority.
9. There’s something I can’t quite put my finger on it, that tells me there’s something nefarious about the push to have him installed as the Republican nominee. It’s not genuine and it doesn’t feel right.
10. Finally, based on what I’ve heard from his mouth about his intentions for Florida, it all comes across as what’s best for him, and those above him who are pushing him to be governor rather than for Florida.
No thank you.
Florida faces a choice. Do you think David Jolly and the left will protect the Florida model?
Do you think they will protect parental rights?
Do you think they will protect your Second Amendment?
Do you think they will stand up to the teachers unions, the trial lawyers, the activists, the bureaucrats, and the media?
Of course not. So the nominee we choose matters.
