@HayesRector @O3jfrye @MLB @ToddPratt07 @GDBJr5 @Pudge_Rodriguez @mikepiazza31 @RickWrona I never used the 1 knee so it's still a little foreign to me, but as a 6'3 catcher I wish it would've been more popular when I played. The 2 catchers we have currently love the left knee down, whatever gets the job done.

I don't typically change up drills that often because I feel it can cause confusion for the players and force them to change things up too frequently. I try to base the majority of what we do around reactions and quickness. Curious to hear some thoughts!

Catchers calling your own games: you can learn a lot from a hitter's practice swings, stance, and the alignment in the box! Always be aware.

Between inning throw downs don't have to be money every time. If you're working on something I don't care if you throw it into center field!
