@WakeUp2Politics You could go completely crazy and switch the order. Vote for a party platform first, each party gets a number of reps determined proportionally, then each party can draw its own maps for a "primary".

Overlapping maps means multiple reps per town but that's not necessarily bad.

It's "unobstructed pavement of sufficient width", not the number of lanes that's relevant. If you are stopped taking a left and they can get around you without going off the road, they have the right of way.

@OhioTate You're missing an important piece of information. If the person overtaking stays on the paved road, it's legal and they have the right of way (turner's fault). If the person goes onto a sidewalk or unpaved portion, it's an illegal overtake.
