@jo_holgate @thatteacherguy_ @Jonesy_K8 @DeputyPeake In primary, staff get, for example, 2 hours ppa and that’s it. I was a secondary teacher and then I moved into primary and was surprised at how little ppa primary got in comparison to when I was in secondary.

@Mrs__Costello I wouldn’t worry - it doesn’t sound like it’s to observe you, it’s so she can get an idea of what the children are like so she can prepare for having the class. It’s pretty insensitive (probably an oversight but insensitive nonetheless) but not an observation of you xx
