#TheEndOfOakStreet is a roaring experience underpinned by a dark throughline. This is a film that isn’t afraid to shock its audience and, in doing so, conveys a narrative that will have you thinking for a long, long time.

With so much to say about Christopher Nolan's #TheOdyssey, it is perhaps best encapsulated as a true cinematic masterpiece.

#Insidious 's importance to horror cannot be understated, and it is now, 15 years later, that we can reflect on the film’s original reception, re-review it in the current day, and analyse its relationship to the horror genre as a whole.

#CarolinaCaroline is a two-handed adventure that gives Gallner and Weaving every opportunity to showcase their talents. They deliver on this promise (and then some) by painting an incredibly entertaining picture dripping in passion.

Nobody gives a fuck that The Social Network was inaccurate. People loved it, and still herald it as a modern classic, because it's a great film made by many talented people at the top of their game.
This is such a weird movie to make. First of all, “The Social Network” was a well-regarded movie at the time, but it has aged poorly because its thesis — that Zuckerberg did it all to impress girls because he wanted to be loved, but that, no matter how much he took, he would never get the one thing he wanted because he was fundamentally unlovable and broken inside — was false.
Zuckerberg married his college girlfriend, has stayed married to her for more than two decades, and they have a beautiful family and seem very happy. I don’t know how you return to make a sequel to a movie that was so fundamentally wrong about its subject matter that the fictional “Mark Zuckerberg” of the movies has almost no relevance or connection to the actual Mark Zuckerberg, and more closely resembles the biography of writer Aaron Sorkin, who is known for a series of high-profile breakups.
Moreover, We’ve seen the results of the events that will be depicted in this movie. Everyone still uses Facebook, The 2021 Facebook Files whistleblower expose is such a minor and insignificant event that moviegoers will have to be reminded what it was, Meta’s stock is up 100% from 5 years ago, and Mark Zuckerberg’s personal reputation has arguably never been better. There was no “Social Reckoning”!
Why does this exist? And who do they imagine is going to see it?
My son was initially disappointed to hear this, but soon made a great point that we should wait until the opening weekend box office to decide if this kino is worth watching.
#TheYeti is a film with an abundance of potential and little follow-through. This dull creature feature is a reminder that even the simplest premise requires careful construction for success.

its so fucking funny to me that Born Again doesn’t even show/really explain why Daredevil now has the DD logo 😭 it makes the 11 years of waiting all the more pointless that they didn’t even try to build up to it lmao

#ProjectHailMary is designed to please a wide spectrum of viewers. But while the film is very entertaining, a few important issues position it firmly in the category of “good but not great”.

In Cold Light is a solid character-first thriller that gets the job done without overstaying its welcome. The film is effective and emotional, despite its weak final act.
