@fervered_femoid @LilMoiaa @Kikkodama I don't feel good about purchasing consumables in our wasteful consumer society, even though it is easy and convenient, but I do feel good purchasing or experiencing things that have work or meaning behind them.
@fervered_femoid @LilMoiaa @Kikkodama Animation is going to go the route of traditionally hand made crafts, take ceramics. There are now mass produced autonomously made ceramics, cheap and consumable, and there are hand made ceramics that we feel good about purchasing even for more cost because it supports an artist.

@fervered_femoid @LilMoiaa @Kikkodama Art is a specifically unnecessary labor, it is a task ment to give humans an outlet for storytelling and creative achievement, ai generated art is meaningless and decreases the value of human art as a whole, diluting the emotion, meaning and stories made by humans for humans.
@fervered_femoid @Kikkodama I think AI taking over menial or dangerous tasks for humans to do is a good think, automation can make humanity more efficient and open our lives up to having more time to invest in ourselves and eachother. But art and story telling us an explicitly human task that gives meaning.
@NikoMcCarty Some problems of brightness and strain on the plant were solved in 2020 with the usage of Bioluminescent fungus genes instead of bacterial. Which incorporated the plants own caffeic acid production. It showed no ill effects on the plants at all. Glow plants will rise!!!
