We can beat around the bush about the different strategies to get around birthright citizenship but the reality is, there is only one viable fix.

Trump through executive order bans all immigration from third world countries today, under the powers given to him by Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. That gives you a 2 year immigration moratorium to figure out a better solution.

1) Sotomayor retires in that 2 year period. You replace her with a justice to the right of Clarence Thomas and then do what you can to try to force SCOTUS to change their decision from today.

2) You codify into law a permanent ban on immigration from third world countries. This would be the Hart-Celler repeal route. More difficult because of the traitors in congress.

3) You make birth tourism so dangerous and difficult that people stop taking the risk. ICE in hospitals. Pregnancy tests for visitors. Mandatory detention outside of US Borders etc etc. There is a lot you can do to slow the wheel.

4) Get rid of temporary visas like the H-1B visa. These are one of the largest causes of anchor babies. Indians come here on H-1Bs plop out a few kids, then the kids become citizens and sponsor the parents. It's a complete scam and needs to be removed by congress.

Anything else is just wish casting.

This story is great: During the Biden admin a migrant came all the way to the U.S. from Mauritania, and was immediately allowed in by claimig he needed asylum for being gay.

He moved to Indiana, married the (female) daughter of a sheriff, and got a job as a prison guard from his father-in-law.

But now the Trump Admin has swooped in, pointed out that since he's not gay his asylum claim is clearly fraudulent, and has arrested him for deportation.

The blue/white-collar divide is uncanny in how perfectly it illustrates the Eloi-Gynocracy. Blue-collar workers get all of the responsibility, all of the accountability, none of the rewards - because they're male. White-collar "workers" get none of the responsibility, none of the accountability, all of the rewards - because they're Eloi-Female

"Covid" was the crescendo of this. Every blue-collar guy still had to work, because, you know, they're needed for society to function. But under even worse conditions than normal. Meanwhile, white-collar Eloi-Females got a 2-3 year paid vacation. And they spent that time badgering blue-collar workers about not sufficiently jumping through the humiliation-ritual regulatory hoops that they constructed for them to feel Superior to them

And despite all this, blue-collar work would STILL be almost as desirable as white-collar work, JUST because you don't have to be around Eloi-Females.....if it wasn't for mass immigration. Mass immigration has not only destroyed blue-collar wages, but it has destroyed the male camaraderie that made it enjoyable to go to work every day. Instead of working with other regular White guys, you're working with brown immigrants and the remaining low-quality White guys who can't do any better
