@bhash@OlaElectric Enough is enough! Today, I had an appointment at your Solapur (Rangraj Nagar, Maharashtra) service center, but after reaching there, I found it closed. Your customer care service team falsely claimed it was open, wasting my time.
I even had a Care+ plan for Scooter No Home service provided by @OlaElectric .
Just Fake promises with customers No Hyper service.
No consumables spare parts available at service centre said by Technician.

@Rajeev11032004 Despite promising 1 Day resolution starting 10th Oct still customers have to wait for weeks to get service.
This is a tough pill to swallow for Care+ customers since they have paid ���4129 expecting home service @bhash.
@bhash@OlaElectric I had an home visit appointment scheduled for today. No one came. I booked appointment on 10 October , there was no slot available before 15 October that is today. I waited whole day today,but no one came. This is your #hyperservice.

Nowadays technicians do not visit home, also no slots for home visit despite paying a premium with Care+

Battery drop 15 to 3% . Went 2 SC 4 chk up @bhash & ur telematic guy said ull hv do it 2 times more so v get sure dat ur batt hs prob. Wtf. Nyways I did it twice 2d n mk a video 2.@OlaElectric wat else I hv 2 do so u b sure dat it's batt prob n HW MANY DAYS VL U TK TO CHANGE IT.
Hey @OlaElectric welcome to new episode of what’s wrong with my scooter. The cockpit is about to fall apart due to God knows what reason. That too overnight and as per usual service unavailable neither at home nor at any service centre in whole of Navi Mumbai!
@sathwikAkuncham Qubo one is better.
I had confirmed with the Qubo team that once the warranty expires and the unit goes bad, you can purchase another one at 50% discount of the amount mentioned on the printed invoice.
For others, you have to repurchase it. Or fix it through 3rd party.
@stufflistings Never trust Croma online. I once ordered a good HP mouse at a relatively cheaper deal and they delivered a very old opened pacakge product.
I kept the mouse since it looked unused and was a great deal.
