@British_Airways It's been reported to the police but if @British_Airways or @HeathrowAirport ground handlers want to tell the employee who lives at 15 Oak Avenue in Hounslow to return the airpods to T5 lost property then it might avoid them getting a knock at the door and losing their job...

@BenCoomber I am really interested in this but I have to balance my nutrition with T1 diabetes and my insulin pump as well as training hard. Would be interested to see how your advice might alter when it have to focus on carbs and how protein affects blood sugars...
