My AirPods went missing from a @British_Airways flight on April 1st. Cancun to london. I tracked them to @Gatwick_Airport before they were later used in a nearby building This raises serious concerns about security and integrity. I’m requesting a formal investigation.

@TeamKnowhowUK Stress at the fact that my laptop was meant to be fixed within 7 days and I still have no news of it 13 days later! Why don’t you stick to the 7 days policy! Completely useless! Waited 3 hours at the store for the manager to talk to me and no solution was given.

@DVLAgovuk Hey, I did include a next day delivery envelope so that I was able to track it. But I just want to make sure that the item sent with that tracking number would be the passport.
