The new rules aren’t confusing - just punishing - getting to live supposed to be a reward not just a way to slow down payouts and cover your own ass. Conflict of interest

@MichaelPatak Just add a minimum live transfer balance at least. It used to be a reward to go live. Now it is objectively a punishment. Early transition making less payouts available in XFAs, locking 80% of potential balance, plus included a 30% shoulder tap on top? Predatory

@MichaelPatak Quietly rewarding the few who make the biggest stink + bog down support staff is an FU to everyone else who loyally wait for you to ‘make it right’. Bare minimum should be the same/better response to the Oct global AWS outage (which wasn’t even your fault). Any less falls short.
