Decided to ease back into things with some CSS
Saw this cool effect and replicated it. Each ball moves in a straight line but looks like its moving in a circle by the end
Theres probably a clever way to work out the positioning and timing but I used trial & error in dev tools
@jh3yy That looks so smooth!
I hope your CSS course is just going to be a load of links to all of your CSS Tip tweets because that would still be a fantastic course
@natmiletic Literally just finished your WordPress course a week or 2 ago ๐
Can confirm its still a great intro for beginners even if the specific website building bit has changed since there's still a lot of features, settings, foundations you need to know about that Nat walks you through
@devadam88 YEEAAHHHH!!! ๐ฅณ
Finally!
You're probably the most capable coder I've come across on here who didn't have a coding job.
Glad to see you finally decided to pull your finger out and get one... ๐
Congratulations and best of luck in your new job! ๐ฅณ
@devadam88 Wait... so this casual account has a display picture of you wearing a suit, but your serious, professional account doesn't?
Followed your new account because I enjoy your tech content!
@CK1london BT plans to replace 10,000 jobs with AI within the next 7 years.
So I guess we should all be training to become plumbers? Which will be fine until too many people lose their job and become plumbers too, which will increase competition, which will lower rates.
Sounds
@BjorklundVictor@flydotio Wow serverless sounds like a great idea. Is it difficult to set up or is it as simple as just selecting it as an option while signing up?
I've never made a website go "live" before, so I want to try.
Anyone know any good domain name/hosting providers? Any to avoid?
I also read that there's a big public WhoIs database with every site owner's name and address, which sounds crazy, but some providers offer privacy?
