Hey @VivintHome I've been a customer for almost 5 years and pay over $60/month for services. When I asked why it says prices start at 24.99, the rep said "Ok, but that is for new customers". Why am I paying more than double a new customer?

I'm all for goals, but nervous about my annual review this year because I didn't hit some of my personal goals, like streaming. But I wrote out a list of personal goals I DID accomplish during the most stressful year of my life due to divorce, and omg I accomplished a lot.
