it took us awhile to find our amazing nanny for my 20 month + 2 month old! ive learned: higher hourly rate usually gets you a higher quality nanny. require atleast 2-3 verifiable references. A bachelors degree in something related to early childhood development, psychology etc. is a huge plus. cpr + first aid certified is a must. shoot for a career nanny/ex-preschool teacher/postpartum doula vs a college student looking for extra cash.

do a trial week with whoever you choose, don’t intervene unless necessary + see how they interact with your kid(s).

@raf_piek nah not wrong at all! passwordless is what alot of folks choose for consumer apps. if you want google/apple + magic link + OTP without building and maintaining each one separately, Auth0 gives you all of it out of the box. worth a look if you haven't yet:) https://t.co/FSVx6z7YbV
