Meant this the other way around. Most apply when you rest in the Bastion, except the Observatory.

Does this also mean you can get multiple charms from (long) resting in your bastion?

@ChrisPerkinsDnD Couple questions about Bastians. Most facilities that give you a bonus on a long rest do so when you rest in the Facility, but the Arcane Study does so when you rest in the Bastian, is this on purpose?

Also the Maintain action describes the DM rolling for Bastian Events, but the Meditation Chamber gives you a bonus when you roll, does this mean the Mediation Chamber bonus doesn't apply during the Maintain action?
