I know this has been talked about plenty of times, but I think the way Disney used to help build the excitement of a resort vacation was something that made a trip to Walt Disney World so special and separated it from other destinations

Although, I didn't know Eddie Sotto too well, the personable interactions he shared via social / interviews gave you a peek behind his Walt Disney Imagineer title. I am grateful to have met him in person. He left a deep impression with me and will be greatly missed by many.
