@RoyalMailHelp how do I speak to someone? Your website doesn't allow me to find out why my 48hr delivery sent on 5/09 still hasn't arrived even though it was in Inverness 2x and then sent back to Edinburgh. There's no way of contacting anyone to find out why so I'm writing here!

@FreeStyleDiabet @Leggott4 Thanks for finally replying but by now the wonderful diabetic community has been busy being supportive to each other. Next time, your company needs to be much quicker with notifications even if it’s to say “we’re sorry please be patient with us”.

@FreeStyleLibre it would useful to have notices on your website and social media platforms indicating that your Libre 2 app system is down and the app is not available to download currently. Communication is vital when playing with someone’s health!
