Truly unprofessional, arrogant staff at ground and customer care.
TATA's could not change anything.
Indigo is much better airline if compared with Air India and Air india express

@makemytripcare I cancelled my booking on mmt app as it was refundable booking .
But later mmt said you will get voucher only from airline .
Not acceptable at all.
No where mentioned under cancellation or on e ticket about this policy
