New deliciousness from the London Distillery Company, in the form of their New Forms series, which explores the versatility and evolution of the distillery’s original spirit through a variety of cask finishes.
The inaugural releases in the series comprise three cask strength, single cask, single malts:
New Forms: Ex-Bourbon Cask (60.7% ABV) Finished for twelve months in first-fill ex-Bourbon cask #11190 and limited to 222 bottles.
New Forms: Fino Sherry Cask (61.4% ABV) Finished for eight months in first-fill Fino Sherry hogshead #9001 and limited to 347 bottles.
New Forms: Moscatel Sherry Cask (61.6% ABV) Finished for eight months in first-fill Moscatel Sherry hogshead #9008 and limited to 345 bottles.

All three releases will be available from the London Distillery Company website on Friday.

@_dramface Exhibiting 30 different things, all at the same time, all of which begged for explanations (which were often linked and complicated to all but nerds) was IMO not the correct recipe.
But finance…and financial gearing at scale was what did for Waterford in the end.
