@ronmortgageguy I work in healthcare (RN) in NL. My wife has a good stable job as well. We bought in 2019, rate was under 3. We renegotiate in 2 months. We have 30 year plan. Not ideal. But if I wanted to sell and get the build I wanted, I’d be nowhere ahead. So I’m intrigued to see what happens

@FilmsFallout 100% starting over. Mainly because I’ll be playing on a different console, but I honestly only remember parts of the story from when 4 launched so I’m taking this as a brand new blind playthrough!
